Why Does Be All exist?
Be-All exists to spark a tipping point that positions hemp as a revered mainstream choice of sustenance for people, and a mainstream solution to reduce global warming and support the sustainability of the planet.
Our Origin Story
The health of people and the planet are the underlying drivers for Be-All. Over 2,000 years ago the father of medicine, Hippocrates, said ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’. Since the relatively recent advent of processed foods, humans have witnessed an unprecedented rise in both physical and mental illnesses with the developed world getting more obese and more dependent on addictive drug treatments. We want to help people eat, drink and live well.
The overuse of natural resources and destruction of ecosystems has placed the sustainability of the planet at a critical point. We wish to turn commerce and industry towards regeneration as a guiding principle. The fact that hemp breathes 4x more Carbon Dioxide from the atmosphere than trees, requires no herbicides, pesticides or irrigation implies that it is the planet’s greatest tool in its quest to reduce global warming, whist also reducing water use and contamination.

Behind Be-All are a small team of Kiwi Nutritional Entrepreneurs on a mission to help people live well and do good – through Hemp.
We’ve spent our careers fascinated by the miraculous Hemp plant and promoting it’s potential for the world.
Richard (our founder) is fondly known as Mr Hemp. For 20 years+ he’s been instrumental in shaping the New Zealand Hemp Industry. He’s been Chairman of the Hemp Summit, Chairman of New Zealand Hemp Industries (NZHIA) and a key contributor to the recent law reform which finally saw Government allow Hemp-Seed Food Production in New Zealand. Through Be-All we’re on a mission to continue this good work – because we do believe hemp could very well just save the world.
