Hemp Milk


Hempseed milk is an amazing vegan non-dairy alternative for milk. Use for smoothies, cereal, or anywhere you might use milk.

Ingredients
• 100g (1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds)
• 500ml (2 cups spring water)
• To sweeten add 2 dates, 2 tablespoons maple syrup or use coconut water in place of filtered water (optional)

Preparation
• Add all ingredients into a jug for blending
• Blend for about a minute or until everything is combined
• Pour hempseed milk into a bottle or jug and refrigerate
• Give it a shake before using
• Note: You will still get some sediment settling from the hempseeds. This is super healthy!
