Ingredients
• 100g (1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds)
• 500ml (2 cups spring water)
• Handful of frozen raspberries (or substitute with other fruits for different flavours)
• To sweeten add 2 dates, 2 tablespoons maple syrup or use coconut water in place of filtered water (optional)
Preparation
• Add all ingredients into a jug for blending
• Blend for about a minute or until everything is combined
• Enjoy!
